Final shipping fees will be included on your invoice. You may accept the quoted rate or select an alternative shipping option. If you ship with us, you'll receive tracking notifications throughout delivery.

We offer In-House Shipping for most items. There are 3 options with A&A Auction Gallery: PLEASE BE AWARE - When completing the checkout invoice that the LiveShipping option is the DEFAULT. You will need to change the shipping option to "SELF-ARRANGED" / "Buyer-Arranged". 1) "Self-Arranged" - (This option is now Self-Arranged / In-House). If you would like In-House Shipping please select this option and message us to include a shipping quote on your invoice. If we are able to accommodate shipping your order, we will pack and use either USPS, FedEx or UPS to ship the items whichever service has the more cost-efficient quote. You will receive a tracking / shipping email from whichever company to your email on file with LiveAuctioneers. You can request one of the shipping companies however please do so by messaging / emailing A&A Auction Gallery after the auction ends. When the shipping is beyond our capability or we don't receive an email requesting In-House shipping, You must arrange your own shipping. When arranging your own shipping please do so in a timely manner and contact A&A Auction Gallery with the details by email or phone and you will receive a confirmation that received it. We would like the shipping to be arranged within (7) business days of the auction. Please contact us by message or phone if special arrangements are needed and we will review it case by case. If we don't receive communication about the shipping of paid for items after 30 DAYS then the items will be considered ABANDONED and FORFEITED due to storage charges. 2)LiveAuctioneers LiveShipping - You will receive a shipping quote once the invoice is created from Liveauctioneers and all aspects of the shipping / handling is done by LiveAuctioneers. If you have any questions or concerns when selecting this option you should contact LiveAuctioneers support. 3) You may pick up in-person at location within 7 days of the end of the auction.
