Very good condition commensurate with age having a large tear crack in the paper running from left center down to bottom (starting near left side of Doumu and stopping at left of Zhubajie) small crack or tear in paper in lower right approximately 8" from the corner going from bottom to top roughly 7", a few areas of discoloration and possibly water staining or just exposure to moisture is evident on left side of Doumu and in lower section of the painting, there are a few small areas of deterioration along the edge, a small repair from a compound tear or crack in the top left roughly 1.5" wide, Examined under UV light and there are no signs of inpainting or touch up.
