The abrashed red field of this small east Caucasian scatter shows well-covered by three conjoint cream and dark blue 12 point "Lesghi stars" with flattened rosettes of various sizes, all within a border system centered on a strip-style ivory main border of chains of open hexagons and paired triangular fillers. Red inner and outer minors with connected "S" fillers. Doted barber pole tertiaries. Wool warp. Moderate rustic weave. Good condition.
