This beautifully detailed Italian glazed terra cotta abstract sculpture or candle holder features stunning figures and lovely colors and is fully marked on the bottom.
This is by far the best example of Prof. E. Pattarino's work that we have offered in our almost 40 years in business.

"Eugenio Pattarino-Italy". Prof. Eugenio Pattarino was one of the most famous 20th century ceramicists. He was known for his abstract and religious sculptures and his work was commissioned by the Vatican as gifts for visiting dignitaries, including John F. Kennedy and Andre Gide. Jean-Paul Sartre and Edith Piaf were avid collectors of his work.
