Vintage Sterling Zuni Sunface Slide/Buckle, 1960's-1970's. This has a double bracelet on the back - one is 1/3" wide and the other 5/8" wide. Turquoise tear-drop sawtooth bezel-set stones on the to pof the head with inalid spiny oyster, turquoise, onyx, and mother-of earl making up the bezel-set face and round turquoise 4mm round bead earrings. Siler beaded neckline. It is appx. 1" tall and 1.25" wide. It is not marked or signed. Tests as silver with a weight of appx. 6.54 gr. Good to very good condition - the larger bracet has a V bend at the center - not sure if that is be design or it got bent. The fact that it is ded center would seem to indicate it is an intention bend. Great to add to any southwestern piece - use as a slide, etc. I am not sure of it's original purpose. Could be a slide on a strap, halter, etc. Could be adapted to be a pendant too. Very nicely made. (W9223.1X1 SS12023 J LD 9/26/23).
