Primitive Hand-Hewn Tapered Log-Form Bench

Description

36in long 28in highThis is a primitive rustic bench crafted from a single hand-hewn and hand-carved hardwood log beam. The bench features a distinct tapered profile at one end and is supported by four splayed legs set into mortises on the underside. The wood exhibits a dark, natural aged patina. The tapered end features a centrally-bored circular hole. The legs are hand-shaped and taper slightly toward the floor. A modern inventory sticker numbered 292 is applied to one end.
