This lot features a large collection of postcards and related paper ephemera spanning the early 20th century through the 1980s. The assortment is housed in a single cardboard box and includes holiday greeting cards, topographical views, comic illustrations, and travel booklets. Notable items include a die-cut New Year greetings card titled Peace and Plenty, an embossed card featuring a cupid figure with pansies titled Heartiest Congratulations, and various embossed Easter cards. A significant portion of the collection consists of Japanese travel materials, including illustrated booklets titled Town of Castles, Literature, and Onsen and Shin-Hotaka Ropeway, along with postcards of Matsumoto Castle and other Japanese landscapes.
