This is an open-box, disassembled set. The components are stored in non-original zip-top bags. The original retail box exhibits moderate shelf wear, including creasing, edge wear, and rubbing at the corners. The instruction manual shows standard signs of handling such as minor creasing and fold lines.  The original owner, an adult collector, was organized and careful to keep all the sets complete.
