Title: Oil painting Winter Vitaly Duhnevich Description: NoDuhn 21In Winter", Vitaly Duhnevich captures the hushed poetry of a frozen landscape. Gnarled trees, their bare branches stark against a blanket of snow, bend as though bowing to the season's quiet force. The ground is softened with snowy hues of white, blue, and violet, while the meandering stream remains partially unfrozen-a glimmer of life beneath the cold.Using layered textures and gentle dabs of color, Duhnevich conveys not only the chill of winter, but also its serenity and introspective beauty. The subtle contrast between the delicate frost and the rugged tree trunks evokes a sense of still endurance-nature at rest, yet not defeated.Through this work, the artist expresses winter not as desolation, but as a meditative pause-a time when nature speaks in whispers, inviting us to listen more deeply.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "Winter"* ARTISTS: Vitaly Duhnevich* SIZE: 32x30 cm/'12.59x11.81 inches' * MEDIUM: oil, cardboard* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this productAbout the artist: Professionally trained as an architect, Vitaly Duhnevich is an artist who uses very unusual and colorful techniques to produce his works of art.one of the techniques he has used since 1995 to create his artworks is the so-called "degreased oil" techniques. It is based on an older technique that was formerly used in early printing methods.Dukhnevich's work is done on thin cardboard or thick paper and the end result somewhat resembles a print. The technique is to thin oil paints not with oil, but to use a paint thinner - hence the "degreased oil" term. This method of painting makes it possible to combine several different technical approaches and also to use different types of materials. For example, it is possible to combine watercolors and oil paints, and then to use them in the same piece of art.Use of this method results in particularly unusual works. Each piece results in a unique and original piece of art, with no two pieces alike. The techniques are also interesting in that it helps to preserve the original intensity of colors and prevents them from darkening over time. Depending on what types of paints were used, his paintings may need three to twelve hours of drying time.Mr. Duhnevich lived in Kiev, Ukraine.
