Arnaldo Mussolini (1885-1931), brother of the Duce and central figure of the regime as director of Il Popolo d'Italia, died prematurely in 1931; his autographs are relatively rare on the market. The recipient, General Giovanni Cattaneo, was a prominent figure in the Italian army during the interwar period. Fair condition: wrappers with signs of use, yellowing and scattered foxing, but dedication well legible and complete. Significant document for the history of Italian Fascism and for documented military provenance.
