Critical text by Andre Breton, central figure of the Surrealist movement. Cover adorned with an original lithograph by the artist, printed on the presses of Michel Casse, depicting fantastic creatures and biomorphic forms typical of Camacho's imagination. Limited edition of 600 numbered copies; this is no. 558 of the ordinary printing printed by Georges Girard. Photographs by Barbieri. Significant document of the collaboration between Breton and the new generation of Surrealists of the 1960s. Copy in good general condition with normal patina of age.
