Two excellent A.M.Qs.S., `Gabriel Fauré´, 4th June 1915, and `Souvenir - Eugene Ysaye´, Paris, 3rd May 1912, in black and blue fountain pen inks respectively, to front and verso of an oblong 4to musical score page removed from an autograph album. To the front page Fauré very cleanly pens seven bars of music, adding the lyrics beneath `...tous deux au bord du flôt qui passe... Le voir passer´. To the verso Ysaye carefully pens four bars of music which he entitles `Chaconne de Bach´, also adding the musical tempo in his hand `Moderato´. Extremely small minor age toning to the edges, otherwise VG to EX
