Late 19th Century Victorian Silver-Plate Insulated Water Pitcher

Description

This antique silver plated hot water pitcher originates from the United States and dating to copyright date of "Nov, 1888" stamped on the bottom. It is crafted in period Victorian style. This insulated pitcher was a presentation piece as identified by the engraving on the top of the lid, and is decorated on either side with a stylized vine motif. Made by "Wm Rogers & Co" stamped on the bottom.

Condition Notes: The pitcher is in good shape given the age and all parts are in operating order - the lift hinge works and the insulated interior is blemish free. There are tarnish marks on the exterior that could be polished. There are minor scuff marks but very few scratches.
