Description
Delightful original signed oil painting on canvas by highly collectible artist Fernand Herbo (France, 1904-1995). Herbo was made official painter of the French Navy in 1944, and from this point forward his signature always included an anchor symbol- lower left of this painting. This impressionist style piece depicts a harbor scene with colorful sailboats and buildings in the background. It is professionally presented in a thick wood frame and comes complete with an attached art light switched on the right side frame. The piece was acquired from a Palm Beach Estate in 2025. A wonderful addition to any art collection.
