Description
Precious collectible Henriot Quimper pottery piece from the 1940's. The lidded pedestal dish is handmade and hand painted in the Henriot Quimper typical French Provincial style. Both pieces are signed 'HR Quimper.' It could be used as a butter or cheese dish, or to serve delicious desserts.
Overall dimensions are 9-1/2" diameter x 7" high to top of handle.
Base alone measure 9-1/2" diameter x 4" high.
Lid alone measures 6-1/4" diameter x 1-3/4" high inside and 3-1/4" high to top of handle.

Condition Notes: Excellent vintage condition with normal wear from age and use. As with many handmade pottery pieces, this piece has pinholes throughout the glaze and some 'dry spots' where the glaze did not adhere (last 4 photos).
