Two European perfume flasks, 19th century, the first English sterling mounted cut glass double flask with coral mounted horseshoe to each end, hallmarked for Sampson Mordan & Co ., London, 1886; the second Continental enameled and ruby flashed cut to clear bottle, 5.75?l and 5.25?l. Provenance: The Collection of Irene Deitsch, Palo Alto, California, author of Tussie-Mussies: A Collector's Guide to Victorian Posy Holders (Marene Press, 2016).
