The Sight Unit, XM43 is a legacy optical instrument previously procured by the U.S. military, specifically designed as a telescopic sight mount for the MGM-18 Honest John tactical rocket system.The XM43 was manufactured under specific military procurement parameters as a durable mechanical and optical aiming instrument. It is not a modern "smart" optic or small-arms rifle scope. This manual contains pictures and specifications pertinent to the maintenance of the XM43.
