England?? Presented to Captain George W. Bauernschmidt SC USN from Glen 73 Officers. Glen 73 was the code address of the Naval Supply Depot Oran, Algeria During WWII. The officers signatures are engraved in the tray. Tray is Wallace Silver Antique Pattern. 18" x 7 3/4" - 37.2 troy ounces
