Title: Vintage President's Wreath Applique Quilt

This GORGEOUS cotton red, green and cheddar president's wreath quilt is hand appliqued and hand quilted, with a wonderful vine border. The quilt consists of an 1840's quilt top finished in the early part of the 20th century. It measures 86" X 88" and is in very good condition, with the light age spotting in places and popping in some of the early red (which has progressed in places -- see pics). There is hand quilting around the applique and in sunflower and daisy design in the background, all at an even 8-9 stitches to the inch. The back is white, the hand stitched binding is solid green, and the batting is thin.
