A double lug-handle jar or small churn by Clete Meaders, dated 1988. This piece was made solely by Clete and is a fine example of his craftsmanship and strong utilitarian forms. Finished in a beautiful tobacco spit glaze, this piece has excellent depth, warmth, and rich surface character. Signed.
