His volume, ‘The Challenge to Liberty’ (New York: Charles Scribner’s Sons, 1935), 212pp. 8vo., hardbound in red linen boards, with dustjacket. Boldly signed on first free endpaper: ‘The good wishes of Herbert Hoover’. Dust jacket is split at spine fold, faded, toned at edges and worn. Volume bears evenly toned pages and wear to edges of boards. Fair to good condition.
