Partly-printed D.S., 1p. oblong folio, Washington, April 24, 1809, a grant of land in Ohio to one Christian Stetler, Jr., figned in full at lower-right, also signed by his Secretary of State ROBERT SMITH, and bearing a still intact paper seal at lower-left. Folds with some stains, largely at margins (as is often the case), still very good. Simply matted and framed.
