Vintage Hammered Forged Iron & Brass Sliding-Top Baptismal Font This vintage baptismal font was salvaged from a church in the Chicago area. The iron and brass lid opens to reveals two basins. The piece also come with holy water, a scapula, and ceremonial metal implements used in baptism. The font is decorated on the outside with textured metal and a cast doe bearing a halo. A metal scaffolded pedestal holds up the font. This ceremonial item is still perfect for use in a church or chapel, or it could be used as a side table in your home.
