Description: An American Eastlake extension dining table constructed in walnut with a rounded rectangular top and deeply molded conforming apron. The top opens on wooden extension rails to receive three removable leaves. Its divided pedestal base is ornamented with incised lines, concentric roundels, molded arches, and turned finials above broad splayed feet fitted with casters. A folding central support leg steadies the table when fully extended. One leaf is impressed 196, apparently an assembly or inventory number.
Dimensions: 28.5 in. H, 44 in. W, 81.5 in. D fully extended with three leaves.

Retains an old polished and possibly refinished surface with scratches, abrasions, water marks, fading, finish wear, and uneven color across the top. Leaves exhibit scratches, edge wear, stains, and color variation. Wooden extension rails have wear, staining, and scattered residue. Base has rubbing to the incised ornament, small edge losses, and minor joint movement. Casters have oxidation and wear. Extension mechanism, center support, and leaves stable.
