Two-piece vintage Chloe silk patterned blouse and skirt ensemble possibly mid to late 70s. The blouse is semi-sheer with a red and black floral pattern scoop neckline with gathering and key-hole opening at the front straight (loose fitting) sleeves an elasticated waist for creating a blouson and ruffled peplum. The matching patterned skirt has an elasticated waist is fully lined with black silk georgette and has a straight-cut and ankle-length hemline. The blouse has a Chloe label sewn at the interior of the underarm and the skirt has a CREEDS made in France label sewn at the waistline; no size tag is present.

Chloe was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion and Jacques Lenoir. Aghion's goal was to create well-made practical and feminine ready-to-wear pieces. Since then designers like Karl Lagerfeld Martine Sitbone Stella McCartney Phoebe Philo and Clare Waight Keller have continued to create liberating bohemian designs with a feminine flare.
