Dunhill Shell Briar 612 Pipe. English briar tobacco pipe in a bent billiard shape with a dark sandblasted Shell finish and bent vulcanite stem with Dunhill white spot. Underside stamped “612 DUNHILL SHELL MADE IN ENGLAND 16.” The “16” date code indicates 1976 production. Shape 612 is a larger bent billiard configuration. Manufacturer’s mark to pipe.

Good overall condition with wear consistent with age and use. Interior of bowl shows evidence of prior smoking with carbon buildup and noticeable darkening and wear around the rim. Vulcanite stem exhibits oxidation and surface wear. Sandblasted finish remains well defined. No obvious cracks or major losses observed from photographs.
