An earnest decanter modeled as an old-time collier in cap and lamp, leaning on his pick with a lantern in his free hand and two crates of Permissible Collier's Dynamite stacked at his back. The painter worked the worn blue of the coat and the rust of the crates with care, and the base is lettered OLD TIME COAL MINER.
