A genial decanter modeled as a Scottish piper seated on a stump, bagpipes under his arm and bonnet cocked over a cheerful face, finished in a deep red glaze with cream flesh tones. Approximately 11 inches tall; the base band lettered Whyte and Mackays Blended Scotch Whiskey, 4/5 quart, 86 proof, with a partly legible 1939 registration mark at the reverse foot.
