A stately Grenadier Spirits Co. decanter modeled as a soldier of the 1st Pennsylvania, 1775, standing at ease in scarlet coat and buff breeches with musket at his side. The hand painting is uncommonly fine, the face and crossed white belts done with care. Rises approximately 14 inches, the base labeled Grenadier California Cream Sherry, with the original printed hang tag still attached and the foil over the cap unbroken. The cork is fragile.
