The hand mirror features a scalloped edge and a shaped handle, with the reverse side decorated in a dense repousse foliate and scrollwork pattern. The hairbrush has a more elongated, oval form with a similar repousse border of floral sprays surrounding a central polished cartouche that is devoid of monograms. While no maker names or silver hallmarks are clearly legible, the heavy oxidation on the mirror indicates a silver-plated or low-grade silver composition.
