A bold red pasque flower curves and blooms in a dynamic composition. This painting by Allison Cosmos lets us appreciate the form and shape of the red pasque flower. Popping off the rich graphite charcoal gray background, the petals and centers make an eye catching statement. Pasque flowers bloom in spring in clusters and have beautiful yellow seed heads.

Acrylic on canvas, this original 24'' X 30'' painting is signed by the artist. Stretched and ready to take to your favorite local framer, the artist created a set of 10 of these mountain wildflowers. Other flower paintings in this series include monkshood, fireweed, Indian paintbrush, columbine, prairie smoke, lupine, glacier lily, scarlet gilia and shooting star blooms. Mix and match, stack, or display them side by side.
