Elegant vintage Florentine-style carved wood wall shelf featuring an architectural demilune top supported by elaborate scrolling acanthus-leaf and foliate carvings. The openwork bracket has graceful Rococo-inspired curves and a warm distressed gilt/painted finish with areas of natural wear and exposed darker undertones.
The generous 18-inch-wide shelf provides an attractive platform for displaying a vase, sculpture, ceramic piece or other decorative object. Beautiful used alone as an accent piece or incorporated into a traditional, Italian, French, Hollywood Regency or eclectic interior.
