A-012 Walking out dress tunic of Army Administrative General "Landger... Wertroth". Fine 4-pocket doeskin material with black piping down front on skirt and on cuffs. Patina on the gold bullion breast eagle. Machine sewn, green piped mouse gray collar tabs with relief embroidered gold acanthus leaves. Interwoven gold wire cord with silver bullion cord (with green specks) on mouse gray, on green underlay shoulder boards. Gold pebbled buttons. Thread loops for one badge and a 4" ribbon bar. 1914 Iron Cross ribbon sewn across the third button hole. "Slit" under bottom left pocket flap - for a dagger hanger. Green silk lining and striped sleeve linings. Top of the "... Emil Meyer... BERLIN" silk label is "pulled". The pocket tailors label is named to "Landger Poa's Wertroth" and is dated "Sept. 1938". A rare tunic worthy of research. I
