Seventeen inch length necklace features a pendant consisting of a tanzanite set within tiered diamond bezels and supported by a flexible tapering diamond ribbon, transitioning into matching white gold links. The necklace is competed by a concealed clasp with safety. Bright polish finish. Identified with markings of "18K". Containing: One prong set square cushion mixed cut natural tanzanite, measuring 14.20 x 13.70 x 8.40mm, approximate weight of 12.86ct., clarity is eye clean, type I, medium dark, very slightly grayish, violetish blue color, (GIA vB 6/3), cut is good. Rotated in different directions a tanzanite will exhibit multiple changes of color. Tanzanite has a low tolerance to ultrasonic cleaning, and should not be cleaned using this method.
