Lot 2294
Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 03317. Mfg. 1981 & 1982 in Stockholm, Sweden & imported by Interdynamic of America (1981-1984). 5" Bbl. Per ATF ruling 82-2, pistol was deemed to be machine gun as it was easily modified to fire full auto due to it's design & open bolt firing construction. Resulting ruling grandfathered this model mfg. before Jan. 19, 1982 as company changed design & created KG-99 which was not easily altered. Polymer frame of pistol has S# stamped in plastic rather than on metal inserted strip bonded into plastic as done by Glock & many other current mfgs. Very few estimated to remain in semi auto configuration. Interdynamic owners formed Intratec (1985-2000) & later formed Kel-Tec (1991 to date). Tubular receiver / bbl. shroud w/ simple fixed sights & 2 permanently attached sling loops. Side cocking action w/ handle slot for safety. MAGS: 1 blued factory 20 rd.; will also use Tec-9 30 rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original box, photocopy of original manual, internet info & unused factory nylon sling. CONDITION: all aspects near excellent; appears unfired. (18-1202/NW). MODERN. $1,000-1,500.
