Appendix and index bound after first mentioned work, title laid down, engrave title repaired at margins and closely shaved with loss to lettering at head, ink note in an early hand to final f. "The author of this treatise was an... rogue", [Fussell p.52-53; Wing B3195], small 4to, Printed for John Wright at the Kings-Head in the Old-Bayley, 1652, together 2 works in 1 vol., contemporary tree calf, spine gilt, small 4to.
