"These stuccos have been found in neighbourhood of Tash-Kourgan (Chinese Turkestan), south of Qizil, to the east of the Afghan border." Stora Art Gallery (later Galleries?) was owned and operated by the dealer Raphael Stora in both Paris and New York. The gallery primarily handled sculpture and decorative arts. Flourished about 1930-1970.
