LONGINES - a gentleman's wrist watch. 9ct yellow gold case, hallmarked Birmingham 1947. Numbered 12323 130291. Signed manual wind calibre 12.687. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Fitted to an unsigned tan leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 31mm.

Condition

  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial shows marks and discolouration. Marks partially visible by the 7 numeral.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
  • Glass has scratches and marks.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Case back appears to have been polished in the past and shows visible dints.
  • Crown has scratches and marks. Crown may be a later replacement.
  • Strap shows wear with marks and creasing.
  • Buckle shows marks and light scratches.

    This lot does not come with box or papers.
