qing dynasty (1644-1911)
the first a small celadon glazed zun vase, the square sectioned body carved with kuilong design, the neck applied with a pair of elephant head-form handles, the unserside bearing a nine-character marker's mark in underglaze blue reading "xiao hong er guan fang zhou X kui zun;" the second a copper red decorated underglaze blue brushpot, each reticulated side centered with a floral panel, raised on a fitted hardwood stand.
