Lithograph in colors, on Arches 88 paper, 1979, signed and dated in pencil, numbered 7/100 (there were also 30 artist's proofs), published by Tyler Graphics, Ltd., Mount Kisco, New York, 1980, with their blindstamp. Also comes with Gumps San Francisco California original exhibition label. 34x48 Inch Sheet Framed. Reference Literature: David Hockney Prints 1954-1995. Tokyo: Museum of Contemporary Art, 1996. #213 per LiveAuctioneers sale listing by LA Modern Auctions May 17, 2015 from another example of this edition that sold for $14,080USD including buyers premium. Frame Size: 37x39x1.5 inches. Provenance: Acquired from a major local contemporary art collection of a local retired medical professional who traveled extensively throughout his career buying from major galleries. We previously had sold works he had acquired at Wally Findlay Galleries and later this year we will be offering additional artwork he acquired from a major international city.
