Buyer's are responsible for shipping costs where necessary. If special circumstances exist, it will be mentioned within the item description. For most items, we will use priority flat rate shipping via the USPS; which ranges from $8 - $20 on average. We also prefer to add insurance to the shipment based upon the value of the items won (up to $5000 in coverage). Every $100 of insurance is roughly $3.50. We will adjust the shipping costs accordingly to ensure you are not overcharged, while having the appropriate insurance coverage for your items. Special arrangements can be made for individuals within our vicinity.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of the auction conclusion and/or invoice by Colorado Online Auctions. Some specialty auctions (real estate, etc.) may have different requirements; but the standard is for payment to take place within 24 hours.

Payment options are determined per auction, but all auctions have immediate payment available via the Live Auctioneers platform.

A 25% "Restocking Fee" applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by Colorado Online Auctions.
All potential bidders/purchasers must recognize that you are entering into a legal contract by entering a bid, and you are responsible for payment of the item if you are the winning bidder. Failure to abide by such conditions may result in your bidding privileges being suspended or revoked from Live Auctioneers, in addition to possible legal action being filed by Colorado Online Auctions. The short version, don't bid unless you plan on paying for an item.
Sales Tax of 7.9% is collected from all purchasers via Colorado Online Auctions.
All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. All lots are sold as is, where is, with any/all faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description, estimates, appraisals, graphics and photography.

If for any reason an item cannot be delivered in the same condition as at the time of sale, or should any purchased lot be stolen, delivered wrongly or lost prior to delivery, Colorado Online Auctions shall not be liable for any amount in excess of that paid by the purchaser; and only after all other options have been explored (insurance coverage,shipper mistakes, etc).
