(Warner Bros., 1992) Pair of static rubber penguin henchmen created of polyfoam rubber with solid rubber fins and realistically painted black and white. Molded harnesses and helmets are painted in tarnished pewter tones to appear metal. One has a painted cardboard rocket mounted on the backpack, another has a detached resin rocket with distress detailing. They stand 18 in. tall. Includes a prop Gotham Globe newspaper featuring a photograph of the Penguin with the headline, "Penguin Forgives Parents – I'm Fully At Peace With Myself And The World.
