PMG has only graded 4 notes nicer for this Fr. number. The 66 EPQ grade says more than we can.

This legal tender has all original embossing and gem margins, but the back print has taken on a slight discoloration, as noted by PMG.

There are no hard folds on this Rainbow legal tender. The PPQ designator was certainly earned as the wear seems to be limited to bends and handling.

Most notes from this time period picked up pinholes or some type of condition issue. That makes this PPQ rainbow especially desirable.
