Seller list MSRP which is way off and merchandise is bottom line quality and not as described. Just seeking garbage and saying it’s nice and high value. Won’t buy anything from U. S. Auction Galery ever again. Don’t buy this stuff.

Several pieces purchased. Listed carat size and quality were dramatically different from delivered-by 20 % on several. Listed as 2.75 carats, delivered with certificate stating it is only 2.25, for instance. And the certifications themselves are done by a non-reputable company that seems like a scam and does not use any of the official/formal grading certifications. Overall, would not recommend buying from this deceptive auction house ever.

They are the only place I've found that has quality Dali reproductions at a reasonable price.

Not sure of how authentic the serigraph cel is but it is in good condition and I received the item quickly and adequately packaged. What I object to is the multiple nit picking handling, shipping and insurance fees — one charge for “S & H Fees”, a second charge for “Shipping” and a third charge for “Handling & Insurance”. (Epic eye roll.) Caveat emptor.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing what appeared to be 4 beautiful pieces of jewelry. I was so excited to get them and when they arrived i was immediately skeptical as the tone of the chains was just off & the "diamonds" were more like engravings in the metal. I took them to a jeweler to have a trained eye check them out and every piece was fake, he didn't know what 3 of the stones were but said the one that was marketed as citrine was almost certainly a piece of glass. He said, at most, each piece was worth $25-$30. The photos showed beautiful, high quality jewelry and the retail prices & descriptions that accompanied them would lead you to believe you were getting real jewelry. That is most certainly not the case. I would give 0 stars if I could. Very frustrating.

Quality item and easy shipping.

I guess the five pieces of jewelry were not quiet as expected. They feel cheap. If I had been able to touch them, I would never had bid on them.

I bid on and won a lovely 14 kt sapphire and diamond ring. I had placed a higher bid online in advance and the actual final bid was lower than my max bid-a good way to test the trustworthiness of an online auction is to see if they just place the order at the Max bid level consistently. I trust using this Online Auction and Service and I will bid again. Also, they do not have "high artificial reserves"-high bidder just wins!

I am long time bidder and was looking forward to a continued positive experience. Unfortunately this was not the case as I had won multiple lots at recent auction and 4 out of the 5 were noted as lots passed after showing I had won. The four in question I had won at a very low cost which I was excited about but were soon cancelled, the only one that remained was at a higher cost but more than willing to accept. Once questioned why these were lots passed the response I received was lost or damaged but in the very next auction those same items from US Auction were up for bid. If a minimum bid accepted is what is needed, please be up front and honest but I found it very deceiving that you allow a win and change so that you don’t have to accept the bid that won. I plan to never to use this auction house again and to save a frustrating event I implore others to do the same. Thanks

Do not bid on jewelry from this vendor! It's extremely overvalued, to say the least. I bid and won several items, took them to be appraised, and they were all worthless. I was even hoping to sell two of the items to the jeweler because I had changed my mind about them, and they said they didn't buy "jewelry like that" (meaning fake and worthless). Everything looks gorgeous in their photos, but most items look somewhat cheap in person. And these are clearly not "police auction" items, as they have the exact same jewelry items in the majority of their auctions. After the experience I read the reviews, something I now regret not doing before bidding and wasting so much money, and saw that plenty of people have reported the same thing with their jewelry. I've had some great experiences on this app, so it's really a disappointment, to say the least, that a scam artist would be on here.

I think this is the third time I have purchased from US Auction Gallery, and each time has been a smooth process from start to finish. Items arrive quickly and exactly as I expected them to be. I would recommend this auction house to other purchasers.
