Unfortunately, my experience with this seller was unsatisfactory. The coin I received was later determined to be counterfeit, which required that it be returned immediately. The seller initially stated that the issue resulted from an error involving a third-party supplier and confirmed that they had ceased doing business with that source. Based on these representations, I acted in good faith and previously requested the removal of my review to avoid causing unwarranted harm if the issue were truly isolated. However, subsequent developments demonstrated that the seller continued to list and sell the same category of counterfeit coins in greater volume. This conduct cannot reasonably be characterized as an isolated mistake, but rather indicates a recurring pattern of misleading practices. In addition, the unusually large volume of Chinese items attributed to historically rare periods raises serious concerns regarding provenance and authenticity, particularly given that such levels of availability are inconsistent with established norms in the specialized market. This factor, when considered alongside the foregoing issues, underscores the presence of systemic risk that prospective buyers should carefully consider. Despite the fact that the item was returned to the seller a considerable time ago, as confirmed by USPS tracking, the refund has not been issued to date. This represents a clear failure to meet even the minimum standards of professional commercial conduct. Based on the above, I cannot recommend doing business with this seller and believe that exercising the highest level of caution is both justified and necessary.

I'm new to timed auctions and Lume Atrs Inc is the best on Liveauctioneers!! They are kind and ship fast!! Love these guys!!!!

They advertise the lot as a gold coin but when the coin arrives after 3 weeks of them receiving payment, it turns out the coin is silver gold plated not gold! Nowhere in their description did they say silver. When contacted they stay silent and not take action to reimburse me! Stay away from this auction house!

10 ducats coin is fake the weight of 37 gram does not correspondent withe the weight from an original coin. Never again
