I've been looking for chicken tureens like this for a long time and I was so happy to win the items from Live Antiques Auction. They were well packed for shipping and arrived just fine. They were as described and I got them at great prices. The auction house was responsive when I had questions and also Live Auctioneers was very helpful. I'd recommend the auction house as they were great to work with and have great items for great prices! Even with the shipping cost from England it was well worth it. I would definitely work with them again.

The transaction was excellent: the item arrived in fine condition, well packaged, and communication was prompt. Do note, however, that the seller charges $15 packaging per item. If several items are shipped together, these fees may exceed the value of the goods themselves.

This purchase was one of the worst experiences for a UK auction item, They tried to charge me an exhorbant fee to ship this small alarm clock to the US. They did not service the customer at all.

I will never purchase anything from UK again
