Didn’t receive the bag, the bag was damaged, yet the pictures inside and out were perfect

So far I have been offered a different bag, 3 emails, one phone call, still no tracking information. Next step I go to dispute. I would not bid on another product from this auctioneer. Extremely negative. It’s not that the bag was unavailable, it’s that the follow-up to correct this situation has been abysmal. They have my money and I have nothing.
