First it started with wire transfer, that did not go through. Then gave me another wire instruction. They received their money and then I never heard from them again. Many emails sent. And no delivery of item. Took the money and disappeared!!! Learned my lesson to always read reviews of auction houses before any bids/purchases.

Never received any of the items. No response from the seller. Liveauctioneers says they can't do anything because they're out of the country. They have a 4 star rating with 12 one star ratings. That math is not mathing..........

Sent over $10, 000, have not received anything in over 2 months. Live Auctioneers has been no help and refused to refund their commission. They claim no responsibility. Vendors says he has requested his vendor to ship, please be patient, bank account where money was wired has been closed!

This was 1000 % a scam. Lots of responsive communication early on. After payment was sent, communication dropped off almost immediately. Contacted the website to let them know about this issue, and also contacted my credit card company. Stay away at all costs.

Won 7 items totaling more $9, 000. First wouldn’t accept credit cards, then tried to get money wired directly. Then tried to move to PayPal, but PayPal flagged them as fraudulent and blocked payment to them, refunding my credit card. Then they moved to Payoneer who again must have flagged them as fraudulent and blocked payment to them. Kept insisting on wire transfer, but refused to do a live video meeting where they would physically show me the items I purchased along with the COAs. I offered to do a COD with the carrier of their choice. They refused, just wanted money wired. Luckily I never did it, but BEWARE. If you are new to online auctions do not ever wire money to a person who is not a highly established and reputable dealer.

Spent USD5, 000 and was asked to wire the money to a US account. I am new to live auctioneers and this was my first purchase. I've never received the product and the auctioneer is no longer replying to my emails.

I was recently a victim of a fraudulent scam orchestrated by the seller, Zhentai, and I have reason to believe many other buyers were also affected. Seller Fraud: This seller was allowed to collect payments directly from buyers, specifically demanding wire transfer payments — a highly irregular and unsafe practice for new sellers on reputable platforms. After transferring funds, the items were never shipped, and the seller has ceased all communication. This clearly indicates a pattern of fraudulent activity and theft. Accountability Failure: My primary concern is the complete lack of due diligence on the seller. Allowing a brand-new seller to bypass standard, secure payment methods (like credit card or secure third-party processors) and accept direct, irreversible wire payments from buyers is a gross negligence that enabled this scam. This platform failed to protect its users by not properly vetting this seller before allowing them to operate. I am currently seeking a full refund from all parties involved in this scam, including those who failed in their duty to vet and regulate sellers on their platform. I urge all buyers: DO NOT purchase any items from Zhentai and exercise extreme caution when dealing with new sellers demanding wire payments on this platform.

They should put at the top of the page they are outside the US. Their payment method was not good for me. No paypal. I know it was my fault for not looking where they were located. I never thought there was stuff listed from outside the US. Now I know

They do sell products they dont own, they sell high value coins for 100 usd, stay away, if you bought with them DO NOT PAY YOUR INVOICE

Disappointing. Seller was unable to accept credit card. I'm not sure the seller is legit. I was excited about this purchase, but was unable to complete it due to issues with the seller.

I tried to buy some items twice from them. First time I didn't feel comfortable with the amount I got the items for. That old adage if it's too good to be true then it's not real. So I tried second time and spent a lot less money hopping to use a credit card. This also didn't work and the person they wanted me to pay was not listed or connected to the auction site and was in the US. I wanted a secure way to pay likepaypal.com or payoneer but neither site allowed me to give them money. I also believe that this site is a scam. Beware of sending payment to these people.

This seller is a scam. The seller can’t produce evidence that they have the items being sold. They are selling extremely rare $60, 000 coins for $50 reserve. They are also selling the same coin in multiple lots; the slab certification numbers are the same in the separate lots.

ZhenTai is a scammer. Stay away and don’t buy from them. They don’t have any details for their lots. Then when you ask they give you fake numbers and shipping tracking numbers. Stay away from this scammer from China!

I paid for my two lots and made repeated requests for when I would receive and was once told in 20 days it would take for someone to ship it to them but I've heard nothing from them. Is this a real auction or were you and I scammed
