Worked out great and happy with overall process.

Would not do business again. We purchase thousands of items per year and this is one of the worst experiences we have had.

This auction house must be very busy or they just take their time and get items ready when they feel like it. Very slow process with not the best response yet they want payment pronto! Auction ended 7/08 and my item has not been shipped yet. Today is 7/27. Will I receive my item in a month or so?

they were acting as agent for another auction house in Cleveland and had no access to any items up for bid and had no control over quality or shipping. One item never shipped, and I am still waiting on a promised refund.

The third-party shipping people needed a kickstart to get going. They mention that if it's not paid for in seven days, it will be labeled "abandoned". I didn't hear from them until after I dug around for J. Sugarman's phone number and contacted them. Then, within a half hour I was contacted by the shipping department and all was well. WHEW! But I was getting pretty nervous for a while!

I won't be participating in this auctions houses future auctions.

One of the most friendly and helpful auction houses I've dealt with-shipment was friendly, prompt and care-free. I'll be sure to put them on my alert list. Thanks!

i haven't received my item yet. and the reason is not really clear.

Table I purchased was misrepresented. I had it shipped a 1000 miles without knowing this. When table arrived I knew it was not what I bid on. I contacted the auction house and spoke with Scott. They did give me a refund for the table and shipping to my home. But did not refund return shipping. Which I feel they should have. Was not my fault they misrepresented the table. So I m out 50.00. Guess it could have been worse
