I won two items from this auction house, but I received a phone call saying there was a mixup with the rug I purchased. Someone else had purchased it ?) Later I saw it was "passed". I will not deal with them again.

The people at the auction company are nice, but their descriptions of the works are nonsense.

I was so thrilled when I received my items. They were packaged well and arrived very fast. I reached out to Aardvark about shipping, and they suggested the UPS store near them, and I decided to go that route. Not only did Aardvark and UPS handle everything flawlessly, Aardvark informed me about what to expect every step of the way. It was perfection. Thank you again for being so quick to respond and addressing all of my needs. I will definitely buy from them again. I will be leaving a review for the UPS store as well, the team there is awesome.

I left online bids for two lots and Charles was very accommodating. He made sure my items were dropped off to UPS in a reasonable amount of time after the auction was closed. I think turn around time was about 2 weeks total. The UPS store they use is also very professional and timely. I will be on the lookout for other lots with Aardvark Antiques.

The item arrived and was better than expected. Aardvark posted ten pictures in the listing and I was still pleasantly surprised by the item when it arrived. I opted to use the UPS Store # 3477, recommended by Aardvark, for shipping. I'm glad I did. Those at the Ship Station were kind and professional. The item was packaged with care, shipped quickly and arrived in short order. Thank you Aardvark!

Won Andy Warhol Campbell's soup limited edition, signed in ink by the artist with certificate of authenticity at auction. Upon arrival, the print was cut short, the signature was on the top-both not congruent with a true Warhol and it did not come with a certificate of authenticity as the auction stated. I reached out to the seller who stated that it was real and would send the certificate of authenticy. About a month passed and finally in the mail I received an 8x10 photo sheet with a low resolution 5x7 blurry PICTURE COPY of someone's certificate of authencity but I actually did not receive a certificate of authenticity at any time! In addition, they sent an edited copy of a Royal Palace Gallery print out which is also not real because it's so low quality and the header is jacked up. Requested a refund but haven't yet heard from the seller. Buyer's beware!

From the additional information that I requested on the item, to the arrangement of shipping, the people of Aardvark Antiques were prompt and professional.
